1. VTour4u cannot be held responsible for any other aspect of your trip that is not under our direct control.
2. VTour4u shall not be held liable for any injury, damage or loss of luggage, delay or illness howsoever caused to the passenger whilst on their tour/service.
3. VTour4u maintains a current public liability insurance policy
4. We thoroughly recommend that all our passengers have their own travel insurance.
5. If a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given or the customer booked on an alternative date. No refund for bad weather.
6. VTour4u cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of any delay, curtailment or alteration of any tour, whether caused by severe weather conditions, mechanical failure or any other causes. These are the responsibility of the passenger.
7. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking unless otherwise stated.
8. The balance due is to be paid prior to departure direct to:

Note: Payment may be made in full to any of our APPROVED Day Tour Travel Agents.
9. If cancellation occurs prior to departure, any money paid to VTour4u or to a booking agent for VTour4u, will incur a fee of :
1. 14 days or more prior to departure - 30%.
2. 8-13 days prior to departure - 40%
3. 3-7 days prior to departure - 50%
4. No refund is given on cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or failure to join or complete the tour.
10. If cancellation of a promotional/special package occurs BEFORE the first leg on any tour is taken, the above cancellation fees apply. If cancellation occurs AFTER the first leg of any tour has been taken there is no refund given.
11. Meals & Accommodation are NOT included in ANY of the tour prices as stated on the brochure unless otherwise stated.
12. Accommodation booking service is provided Free to travellers by VTour4u requires payment of accommodation direct to the hotel on arrival.
13. Accommodation are independently owned & operated. VTour4u will not be held responsible for any aspect of their operation.
14. Optional tours offered are at the personal expense of the passenger
15. VTour4u shall not held responsible for any personal effects, travel insurance, drinks, extra activities not stated in brochure, telephone calls etc. Airfare to and from Airport, and transfers from the airport to the accommodation. Additional and unforeseen expenses due to changes beyond our control due to flight cancellation and delays, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
16. VTour4u reserves the right to cancel tours, amend fares, alter the routes, vary itinerary and days of operation due to unforseen circumstances.
17. All our buses are AIR-CONDITIONED and smoking is prohibited.
18. VTour4u reserve the right to alter the route or itinerary of any of its tours and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary.
19. VTour4u is a Government Tourist Accreditation operator.
20. Some tours require minimum number of passengers to operate. If minimum numbers are not achieved tours may be cancelled at short notice.

22. Booking Policy, all accommodation and tour bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorize Our Tour office, VTour4u to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card.
