Subject to your acceptance of our services we will send you an invoice. We require a deposit of AUD100.00, non-refundable if cancelled less than three days before commencement date.

There are three levels of services from which you may choose;

Level 1.

Arrival, “Meet and Greet” service.

Our representative will:
• Meet you at the Airport.
• Drive by the City to your accommodation
• Help you to settle in to your room
• Give you a pre-tour briefing (if required); You may be too jet-lagged to do this on the day of your arrival, but will do it as soon as practicable
• Assist in your car-hire needs
• Provide a pre-paid mobile phone service (optional)
• Leave a food hamper in your hotel room to welcome you

Cost: AUD360.00 (inc. GST) for family of four.

Level 2

Orientation tour of all areas of interest.

This service is tailor-made to your specific requirements. It includes visits to schools, employment agencies, visits to residential suburbs, so you can achieve your goals for coming to South-East Queensland. There is currently a chronic shortage of accommodation, whether for rent or purchase. We help you obtain the best at the most acceptable price.

• Service pack on arrival
• Discussion of your needs
• Assistance in viewing properties
• Tax file number lodgement
• Post-arrival support
• Still Spring Water (family pack) provided at no cost to you

Provision of anything you need based on your own particular circumstances. We are flexible, and willing to meet your needs, whether for half day or full day tours.

We can also arrange for one, two or three bedroom, fully furnished and air-conditioned, self-catering accommodation. You can buy locally produced, healthy food that you can cook in your apartment.

Cost:
• Whole day tour - AUD620.00 for family of four.
• Half day tour – AUD390.00 for family of four.

Level 3.
